Value warranty

Value Guarantee for Pianos and Grand Pianos

We offer our customers a voluntary value guarantee for pianos and grand pianos purchased from us, subject to the following conditions:

1. Trade-in at Purchase Price

When purchasing a higher-value instrument, we will take the instrument originally purchased from us as a trade-in at its original purchase price.

2. Validity Period

The value guarantee is valid for a period of 24 months from the instrument's purchase date.

3. Personal Entitlement

The value guarantee applies exclusively to the instrument's initial purchaser and is not transferable to third parties.

4. Proof of Purchase

A prerequisite for claiming the value guarantee is the submission of the original invoice or other suitable proof of purchase.

5. Full Payment

The value guarantee can only be claimed for instruments that have been paid in full.

6. Excluded Instruments

Rental pianos, rent-to-own agreements, and other rental instruments are excluded from the value guarantee.

7. Condition of the Instrument

A prerequisite for claiming the value guarantee is that the instrument is in technically perfect and well-maintained condition upon return. The value guarantee is particularly void in cases of:

Damage of any kind,

Technical defects,

Improper handling,

Missing or replaced original parts,

Moisture or water damage,

Excessive or severe signs of wear that go beyond normal age-related use.

Instruments requiring maintenance, repair, or refurbishment are excluded from the value guarantee.

8. Transport Costs

Costs for transport, shipping, packaging, installation, or other services associated with the return and delivery are not part of the value guarantee and are borne by the customer.

9. Credit towards a Higher-Value Instrument

The trade-in is exclusively made upon the simultaneous purchase of a higher-value instrument from our product range.

10. Right of Inspection and Acceptance

The decision regarding the acceptance of the returned instrument and the granting of the value guarantee will be made after inspection by us. A claim for trade-in only exists after our confirmation. The value guarantee applies exclusively to instruments selected and designated by us for this purpose.

11. No Cash Payout

A cash payout, payout of partial amounts, or offsetting without the simultaneous purchase of a higher-value instrument is excluded.

12. Voluntary Service

The value guarantee is a voluntary service. It does not create a claim for the return of the instrument against reimbursement of the purchase price or for any other payments.
